Chris has been the Owner of AIM Insurance Agency in Granby, CT since 2004.
Since 1987 Christopher O’Neil has held positions in Insurance, HR, Benefits, and HRIS for Healthcare, IT Services, Financial Services, and Manufacturing.
Mr. O’Neil earned his MBA at University of Connecticut, his BS at Western Connecticut State University, and has taught Employee Benefits at Central Connecticut State University and HRACC/SHRM.
As a lifelong learner Mr. O’Neil holds professional certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management (SPHR & PHR) and the American Compensation Association (CCP), National Alliance (CIC & CRM).
