The Simsbury Development Update was held on February 26, 2021 and it provided perspective on what has been such a difficult year. Mike Glidden, CFM CZEO, Town of Simsbury's Director of Planning and Community Development, gave a virtual presentation and reviewed completed developments and their effect on the local economy, discussed current projects in the area, and shared information about development projects in the pipeline.
